Job summary

Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, seeks a Vice President of Engineering & Facilities to scale our engineering ecosystem from compounding through dispensing and delivery. You will partner with Pharmacy, Operations, and Quality leadership, translating GMP/USP requirements into scalable facility and system designs.

This role oversees a multi-disciplinary team across regulated environments, leading capital planning and execution for large-scale facility builds and automation

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to scale engineering org across multiple sites.
• Strong facilities and infrastructure experience including cleanrooms, HVAC, utilities and automation.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise engineering strategy across compounding, pharmacy, and fulfillment operations.
• Architect end-to-end workflows and technical systems connecting production, dispensing, packaging, storage, and delivery.
• Oversee design and expansion of regulated manufacturing and pharmacy facilities, including cleanrooms.
• Ensure engineering designs meet cGMP, FDA, Board of Pharmacy, and USP requirements.
• Lead multi-site engineering and facilities organization with cross-functional partners.
