Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Vice President of Engineering & Facilities to define and scale the engineering ecosystem powering our compounding and pharmacy fulfillment network.

You will own end-to-end design across facilities, cleanrooms, utilities, automation, and manufacturing systems, partnering with Pharmacy, Operations, and Quality leadership to translate quality requirements into practical facility designs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering leadership in facilities/manufacturing/technical services or related discipline.
• Experience building and scaling engineering organizations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, USP, quality systems, validation and inspection-ready operations.
• Experience with regulated environments in pharmaceutical/medical device contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise engineering strategy across compounding, pharmacy, and fulfillment operations.
• Architect end-to-end workflows and technical systems connecting production, dispensing, packaging, storage, and delivery.
• Lead design, expansion, commissioning, and support of regulated manufacturing and pharmacy facilities including cleanrooms.
• Oversee large-capital programs and governance for capital projects in the hundreds of millions.
• Partner with Quality, Pharmacy, Operations, and Finance to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.
