Job summary

Vice President of Engineering opportunity in Randolph, MA. This role leads and scales the engineering organization across facilities, reporting to the President, and drives strategy, product innovation, and manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities include overseeing Product Eng, Manufacturing Eng, R&D, Quality, and Operations; building high-performing teams; and advancing growth-focused engineering processes and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 10–15+ years in engineering leadership within HVAC or industrial manufacturing.
• 7+ years leading senior engineering organizations.
• Experience with air handlers, CRAHs, CRACs, or precision cooling.
• Proven ability to scale multi-site engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all engineering functions across multiple facilities (Product Eng, Manufacturing Eng, R&D, Quality, Operations).
• Develop and execute a multi-year engineering strategy aligned with aggressive growth objectives.
• Scale and strengthen a multi-site organization supporting HVAC solutions and data center cooling products.
• Drive innovation and product development for CRAH/CRAC platforms and future cooling technologies.
• Lead manufacturing expansion, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
• Partner with executive leadership, operations, and customers to ensure successful product execution.
