Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling seeks a strategic Vice President of Program Management to unify engineering, operations, and commercial teams across the full program lifecycle. You will own end-to-end performance from opportunity through commissioning, ensuring commitments meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Lead a cross-functional executive team, develop real-time dashboards, govern program risk, and oversee program-level P&L.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, including executive leadership over multi-program portfolios.
• Demonstrated success owning program-level P&L execution, contract governance, and customer commitments on large, complex capital-equipment programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program health from opportunity identification through completion of product commissioning.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Test, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Service.
• Define program intake and scoping processes with feasibility assessments, technical requirements, material constraints, and manufacturing capacity considerations.
• Develop real-time dashboards and portfolio visibility across multiple concurrent programs.
• Manage contract governance, risk, and change orders to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
