R3Lithium, located in Covington, Georgia, is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead design, development, and construction of our plants, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

You will drive strategic initiatives for capacity expansion in North America and collaborate across R&D, production, and supply chain, reporting directly to the CEO. A strong background in battery materials and international growth is required.

Competenze

Experience leading large-scale engineering projects, especially plant construction.
Track record in battery materials development and testing.
Experience in international expansion and European market dynamics.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
