Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including brand strategy and digital growth.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with objectives and revenue goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across performance marketing, brand, content, CRM and related functions.
• Own branding, content, lead generation, and performance marketing (SEO, paid, email, social).
• Optimize the customer journey across digital and physical touchpoints for omnichannel excellence.
• Use data analytics and market insights to continuously improve marketing and sales strategies.
• Drive digital transformation within marketing including CRM, CMS, analytics, and personalization.
• Manage budget, forecast results, and ensure ROI accountability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing with business strategy and growth.
• Partner with eCommerce and other departments to ensure seamless execution across the full journey.
