Job summary

The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan seeks a Vice President of Digital Products to lead the next phase of its digital transformation, shaping member experiences from camp registration to festival ticketing.

In this hands-on, strategic role, you will manage a small product team, partner with Daxko and other vendors, and collaborate across Finance, Marketing, and Programming to drive a data-driven roadmap. This onsite position is based on the Upper West Side.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading digital products, websites, or customer-facing platforms.
• Strong website and content platform experience, ideally WordPress.
• Comfortable with registration, CRM, email, reporting, and ticketing systems; Daxko, Monday.com, GA4, or Tableau valued.
• Skilled at managing vendors and turning data and feedback into priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune digital customer journeys and the JCC's website experience.
• Build a data-driven culture using GA4 and CRM insights.
• Lead a team of three product staff and manage external CRM and SEO agencies.
• Bridge Finance, Marketing, and Programming on the digital roadmap.
