Job summary

Choice Hotels International seeks a Vice President, Digital Customer Experience to lead the strategy and performance of the guest digital journey across mobile app, mobile web, and ChoiceHotels.com, including loyalty servicing and digital support.

As a senior Marketing leader, you will align brand, loyalty, care, product, and technology to deliver a cohesive, personalized digital experience and measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in digital customer experience, digital commerce, marketing, or leadership of digital programs.
• Proven accountability for large-scale digital revenue, customer engagement, and service outcomes.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across marketing, product, engineering, loyalty, and care.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a multi-year digital customer experience strategy aligned to growth and brand priorities.
• Lead strategy for mobile app, mobile web, and ChoiceHotels.com across guest journey.
• Direct digital content, loyalty servicing, and customer care to support demand and service excellence.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering to translate vision into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and accountability for the digital org.
