Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Director/Sr. Director, Digital Strategy to lead high-impact digital and AI-enabled transformation engagements for enterprise clients. You will partner with C-suite executives, shape strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes across people, processes, data, and technology.

Based in the Northern Kentucky area with travel up to 50%, you will mentor teams, contribute to growth, and lead pre-sales efforts. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy or technology transformation consulting.
• Proven enterprise roadmap development across people, process, data, and tech.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled transformation and operating model design.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite.
• Proven success in business development and strategic pursuits.
• Ability to lead through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, shaping digital and AI-enabled transformation agendas.
• Lead pre-sales activity, defining solution strategy for complex pursuits and expanding strategic accounts.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants and digital practitioners to develop and execute digital and AI strategies.
• Design and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews with senior client leadership, in person and virtually.
• Define the business vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and AI-enabled transformation.
• Conduct analysis and financial modeling to validate business viability and build the business case for change.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and plans to client leadership.
• Advance the digital strategy practice with frameworks and thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
