• Builds relationships with prospective joint venture partners and stakeholders.
• Uses market analysis to develop development strategies across markets with Regional Presidents.
• Leads internal project approval, finalizes budgets, and prepares approval materials.
• Presents projects to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains a steady pipeline of 20+ projects across multiple regions.
• Manages an interdepartmental team to ensure efficient project completion.
• Understands Health Planning and Certificate of Need requirements.
• Applies key business metrics to the development process.
