You will oversee a team of VPBDs, translate corporate strategies into regional action, and drive admissions, market share, and profitability while partnering with operations, clinical leadership, and executive teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive healthcare sales leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading multiple sales leaders or senior business development teams.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Hospice/home health/healthcare services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies to support enterprise growth.
• Lead and manage 4–6 Vice Presidents of Business Development across markets.
• Drive admissions, census growth, market share, referral development, revenue and profitability targets.
• Translate corporate strategies into actionable regional execution plans.
• Partner with operations, clinical leadership, HR, marketing and executive leadership to achieve growth and patient care goals.
