• Lead or support due diligence including financial analysis, business diligence, market research, and management assessment.
• Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses to assess investment attractiveness.
• Prepare investment committee materials, internal memoranda, and presentations for firm leadership and investors.
• Assist in transaction execution, including coordination with management teams, advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Support portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives, including growth planning and performance improvement.
• Participate in activities related to raising investment funds and deploying capital.
