Job summary

You will oversee all development phases up to commercial operations, manage resources and budgets, and partner with Origination, Commercial, and other cross-functional groups to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, CS, Mathematics) or related field.
• 15 years of experience in commercial construction and engineering contract management.
• Experience working with Director and VP level roles across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development Engineering departments with an operational and strategic focus.
• Oversee programs across multiple locations with HR, cost, and budget accountability.
• Develop organization-wide projects, strategies and business ventures with long-term impact.
• Establish and enforce engineering and development policies, standards and processes.
