Constellation Energy Corporation is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead development opportunities that support strategic and organic growth. You will guide end-to-end execution from concept to readiness, coordinating across engineering, finance, commercial, legal, and M&A teams.

The role requires a track record in managing complex energy development projects, strong financial modeling, and the ability to present executive-level analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or related degree.
• 10-years of experience in energy development, business development, project development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex development opportunities through internal approval processes.
• Strong financial, commercial, and analytical skills including business case development.
• Proven ability to lead within a complex, matrixed, national organization.
• Experience creating process documentation, status reporting, decision materials, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development execution for assigned CES opportunities from concept through business approval and construction readiness.
• Advance strategic and organic growth initiatives by evaluating market opportunities, technology applicability, and financial performance.
• Leverage structured products, standardized services, and repeatable development tools to accelerate delivery and enable portfolio scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, commercial, legal, M&A, and execution partners.
• Prepare, manage, and present investment business cases including financial modeling, risk assessment, and return analysis.
• Support acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments through due diligence and transaction analysis.
• Evaluate emerging and targeted technologies including wind, solar, storage, hydrogen, carbon capture, and co-located resources.
• Partner with engineering teams to support development and engineering of new CES products and service offerings.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to align development, commercial, and execution strategies.
