Razorfish is seeking a strategic VP to lead measurement and analytics across a portfolio of Razorfish media clients. This leadership role requires guiding a team of data practitioners, shaping strategies, and delivering better client outcomes.

The position is hybrid with an average of four days in the office. The ideal candidate will influence senior stakeholders, demonstrate deep media technology knowledge, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality, data-driven deliverables.

Qualifications

• 9-11+ years in media or marketing analytics.
• Agency experience highly desired.
• Mastery of paid media measurement approaches and tools.
• Experience presenting to executive clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account leadership to draft scopes of work, deliverables, and staff plans.
• Lead and ensure high-quality outputs across measurement planning, data strategy, reporting automation & dashboarding, and insights.
• Own executive-level presentations with other discipline leads, including quarterly business reviews, proposals, and annual strategies.
• Participate in new business proposals and presentations as a data science & analytics lead, owning data strategy & measurement content.
• Contribute to the Data Science & Analytics practice, including thought leadership and toolkit/vendor assessments.
• Line management of team members including coaching, mentorship, and output quality assurance.
