You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients and internal teams, translating complex analysis into clear recommendations and influencing executive audiences. Strong leadership and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in media analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related discipline.
• Deep experience with paid media measurement and the tools/methodologies to evaluate media effectiveness.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account and leadership to define scopes of work, deliverables, staffing, and analytics roadmaps.
• Lead the development and quality of work across measurement planning, data strategy, reporting automation, dashboarding, analytics, and insights.
• Shape measurement strategies across paid media to align with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Own and lead presentations, including strategic recommendations and client proposals.
• Lead data science & analytics for new business opportunities within pitches and proposals.
• Advise on attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality, testing, and survey-based measurement.
• Help define scalable ETL, data transformation, reporting automation, and data pipelines for reliable analytics.
• Contribute to evolving the practice with thought leadership, new methodologies and toolkit development.
• Turn data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations across disciplines.
