Job summary

Razorfish, a leader in digital transformation, seeks a strategic VP to head measurement and analytics for a portfolio of media clients. You will guide a team of data practitioners, shape data strategy, and deliver insights that inform marketing decisions while partnering with capability leads and clients.

The role requires deep media analytics expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence at the executive level.

Qualifications

9–11+ years of experience in media analytics, digital analytics, or marketing analytics.
Media or digital agency experience highly desired.
Mastery of paid media measurement approaches, tools, and methodologies.
Knowledge of key media measurement methodologies (attribution, MMM, incrementality, surveys).
Strong understanding of ETL, data transformation, automation, and pipeline architecture.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive audiences.
Experience leading teams and line management.

Responsibilities

Partner with account leadership to draft scopes of work, deliverables, and staffing plans.
Lead outputs across measurement planning, data strategy, reporting automation, dashboarding, and insights.
Own executive-level presentations with discipline leads, including quarterly reviews and strategies.
Contribute to proposals and presentations as a data science & analytics lead, shaping data strategy.
Contribute to the practice through thought leadership and toolkit/vendor assessments.
Line manage and mentor team members to ensure high-quality data-driven outputs.
