You will define strategy, governance, and platform direction for AI-ready data solutions supporting Research, Portfolio Management, and Trading with $7 trillion in assets. You will mentor architects, drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, and advance data programming capabilities using SQL,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical field; MBA or advanced degrees add differentiation.
• 5+ years in leading and developing technical teams, with evidence of growing staff to senior levels.
• Executive-level communication skills for senior stakeholder alignment and risk trade-offs.
