FlyteHealth is seeking a hands-on leader to build and scale its Data & Analytics function. You will own data strategy, architecture, analytics, and measurement capabilities to improve care delivery and client value.

This role blends strategic leadership with technical execution, partnering with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, and external partners to deliver reusable data products and decision support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data/analytics, 3+ leading a team.
• Healthcare data experience: EHRs, claims, outcomes.
• Strong SQL, Python, and cloud data warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data strategy, architecture, and governance.
• Own reporting across clinical, engagement, and financial metrics.
• Lead data engineering, analytics, and applied data science teams.
