Job summary

Flyway Health is seeking a Lead Account Strategy Partner to own client delivery across a portfolio of accounts, setting the standard for the ASP team. You will bridge commercial life sciences questions and the system's outputs, work hands-on with healthcare datasets including claims, and collaborate with founders on product roadmap.

This hands-on role requires comfort with data science fundamentals and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Commercial life sciences fluency from day one
• LLM-native: ability to prompt and steer AI systems
• Data science or data engineering background
• Analytical mindset that interrogates data
• Comfort with healthcare claims data or ability to ramp quickly
• Client-facing role with strong people skills
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for your accounts: scope the client's question, run analysis, deliver insights
• Operate the system day to day: direct and integrate datasets, assess output for relevance
• Work with healthcare claims data and other datasets with quick-learning capabilities
• Read, follow, and reason about SQL results
• Spot nuances of real-world healthcare data: sparsity, gaps, lag, and artifacts
• Translate between client strategy and data/system realities
• Lead delivery standards and help peers sharpen their craft as the team scales
• Collaborate with founders and influence the product roadmap
