Job summary

Healogix is seeking a Vice President of Advanced Analytics to lead and grow our analytics capabilities in a fully remote, U.S.-based role. You will shape strategy, develop methodologies, and mentor a high-performing team while translating complex analyses into actionable insights for clients across healthcare markets.

You will partner with Behavioral Science and client teams to deliver data-driven, story-driven solutions, driving business impact and establishing best practices for reproducible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in advanced analytics, market research, data science, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in conjoint, segmentation, predictive analytics, MaxDiff, TURF, and other methods.
• Proven success applying advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges.
• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience implementing new methodologies with cross-functional partners.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled approaches and reproducible analysis practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for advanced analytics with clear priorities.
• Lead analytical methods and problem solving aligned to client needs.
• Ensure outputs are rigorous, defensible, and tied to business objectives.
