Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Data & Business Analytics – Commissions to own the end-to-end monthly commissions process and lead a nine-person team. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Accounting to ensure accurate ARR calculations and compliant payouts.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Experience with monthly commissions cycles at scale.
• Strong Excel, Power Query, and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SFDC and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly commissions cycle with data hygiene and accuracy.
• Oversee revenue audits across product lines and commissions.
• Run monthly compute, QC, and journal entries in systems like Intacct.
• Lead a team of ~9 specialists and ensure SOPs and continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Accounting.
