Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a detail-driven Commissions Analyst to own the quarterly commissions process for the Go-To-Market organization. You will ensure each sales rep is paid accurately and on time, turning complex data into clean, audit-ready statements each quarter.

You will work with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Billing leadership, shaping automation of the commissions process, and providing timely updates on issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related analytical field.
• 2+ years of directly applicable experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and incentive platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quarterly commissions calculation process, collating data and building calculations.
• Produce accurate, well-documented commission statements for the sales organization.
• Review data and statements for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness before payout.
• Assist in implementing a new commissions plan on the incentive compensation platform.
