Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior leader to own the monthly commissions cycle and lead a nine-person team across Sales, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Accounting. You will drive data integrity, ARR calculations and payout accuracy through advanced Excel, Power Query, and Snowflake-based reporting.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent qualification, deep financial acumen, and strong collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills for complex ARR and commission modeling.
• Strong accounting foundation with ARR, revenue recognition, and accrual methodology.
• Experience leading teams of six or more professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commissions cycle monthly, including data hygiene and payout accuracy.
• Oversee revenue audits across product lines and coordinate with Sales, Payroll and Finance.
• Lead the commissions team and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.
