Labcorp is seeking a Vice President, Data & AI Readiness Platforms to join our team in Durham, NC. This hybrid, full-time leadership role will drive the enterprise Data and AI strategy, governance, and platform engineering across Labcorp’s data ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of leadership in data, analytics, cloud, and regulated environments, with a track record of transforming data into strategic assets and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of leadership experience in data, analytics, cloud, or platform engineering.
10+ years leading people and multidisciplinary teams with accountability for strategy, execution, and budget.
10+ years defining and executing enterprise data, analytics, AI, and technology transformation in regulated environments.
10+ years leading enterprise-scale technology modernization initiatives including cloud, data ecosystems, and AI capabilities.
10+ years partnering with C-suite to align technology investments with business priorities.
10+ years with data governance, privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

Establish and execute Labcorp’s enterprise Data and AI strategy, governance, and operating model.
Lead the development of a unified, AI-ready data ecosystem and scalable data platforms.
Drive enterprise analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to improve business outcomes.
Establish governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across data/AI platforms.
Embed responsible AI and zero-trust governance with data lineage and explainability.
Oversee platform engineering to improve reliability, automation, and value realization.
