Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Vice President, Data & AI Readiness Platforms to join our Durham, NC team in a hybrid, full-time capacity. The role leads enterprise data strategy, governance, and AI readiness across clinical, operational, and financial data domains.

Travel is expected to be 40-50% as the leader partners with executives to align technology and business priorities. The candidate will drive platform engineering excellence, cloud modernization, and scalable data services to accelerate AI adoption

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute Labcorp’s enterprise Data and AI strategy, defining the vision, roadmap, governance, and operating model to transform data into strategic assets.
• Lead the development of a unified, AI-ready data ecosystem, enabling analytics, cloud modernization, and trusted data access across Labcorp.
• Drive enterprise analytics and data product transformation to improve business performance and healthcare outcomes.
• Establish enterprise data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI standards, including HIPAA/GDPR alignment.
