Job summary

New American Funding seeks a visionary VP, Consumer Experience Technology to lead product strategy, technology development, and delivery for external consumer-facing experiences, including digital platforms, communications, and CRM solutions. You will guide Product and Engineering teams toward seamless, connected customer journeys and leverage data and AI to enhance engagement and efficiency.

The role partners with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Servicing, and leadership to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business/PM or related field preferred.
10+ years in Product, Technology, Digital Experience or related disciplines.
5+ years leading Product/Engineering or cross-functional technology teams.
Experience leading consumer-facing digital products and enterprise tech initiatives.
Experience with mortgage origination, servicing, CRM platforms such as Total Expert preferred.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leveraging AI and analytics to improve digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product and technology strategy for external consumer-facing platforms, communications, and CRM.
Lead development and evolution of digital experiences across customer journey stages.
Establish product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise tech strategy.
Identify opportunities to create connected, personalized experiences across channels.
Champion user-centered design and data-driven decision-making to improve consumer experience.
