Job summary

Our Client, a leading digital health media platform, is transforming into a physician intelligence platform powered by first‑party data, real‑time personalization, and AI. This remote, high‑visibility leadership role reports directly into the C‑suite with board‑level exposure for the technology roadmap.

You will oversee architecture, product, and data across ~20 people, define the identity resolution strategy, and drive real-time personalization from MVP to production, ensuring rigorous

Qualifications

10–15 years of progressive technology leadership.
3–5+ years managing teams with architecture ownership.
Hands-on experience with MarTech/CDP architecture and first-party data.
Shipped production personalization or recommendation engine.
Daily fluency with AI/LLM tools in workflow.
Background in digital health media or healthtech SaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

Own architecture and roadmap for engineering, product, and data org (~20 people).
Define first-party data and identity resolution strategy.
Build real-time personalization and recommendations from MVP to production.
Establish a rigorous experimentation and A/B testing framework.
Drive cross-functional decision-making and vendor evaluation across platforms.
