American Consumer Credit Counseling seeks a Director of Product & Technology to lead the end-to-end build and ongoing evolution of the subsidiary’s digital platform. You will own architecture, UI/UX, API integrations, infrastructure, and AI-based data solutions while shaping the strategic technology roadmap to support growth and scale.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, technology, digital strategy, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in digital product management, software/platform development, technology strategy, or related discipline with hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience with web/platform development, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI/ML-based data or personalization solutions.
• Experience scouting, selecting, and managing technology vendors or consultants.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain ACCC’s digital product vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap.
• Lead structured process for evaluating and prioritizing digital product requests.
• Own end-to-end technical architecture and infrastructure decisions for the subsidiary’s platform.
• Coordinate UI/UX design and overall user experience across the platform.
• Scope, evaluate, and manage API integrations with third-party data and platforms.
• Lead website development and ongoing technical build-out of ConsumerCredit.com.
• Identify and implement AI-based data solutions to support personalization and routing.
• Oversee UAT, launch readiness, communications, training, and post-launch support.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and business impact for continuous improvement.
• Scout and manage relationships with IT vendors and consultants.
