PC Construction Company is seeking an Employee-Owner Vice President of Construction Technology to lead the organization’s technology vision, strategy, and innovation initiatives. You will drive enterprise data strategy, AI, BI, and digital transformation while partnering with operations and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role demands a track record of strategic leadership, P&L oversight, and a commitment to building high-performing teams in a 100% employee-owned company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in construction technology or related fields.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and executive-level leadership.
• Proven success leading technology strategy, digital transformation, data initiatives, and organizational change management programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with executive stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, enterprise technology platforms, data analytics, business intelligence, and emerging technologies, including AI.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute construction technology strategy, roadmaps, and innovation aligned with business goals.
• Improve operations and project delivery through tech and process optimization.
• Lead enterprise technology adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee data analytics, BI, AI initiatives, platform adoption, and process enablement.
• Provide executive direction for platforms, field tech, BIM, and virtual construction.
• Establish enterprise data strategy, governance, and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with leadership to implement scalable digital solutions delivering outcomes.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Represent PC Construction as a leader in construction tech and digital transformation.
