PC Construction is seeking an executive leader to guide construction technology strategy and drive digital transformation. The Vice President of Construction Technology will shape the vision, partner with operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes through data analytics, AI, BI, and BIM initiatives.

The role requires building high-performing teams, governing technology platforms, and overseeing enterprise data strategy in an employee-owned environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, Technology, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction technology or a related field.
• Proven executive-level leadership with P&L responsibility and digital transformation success.

• Develop and execute the construction technology strategy, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
• Lead enterprise technology adoption, governance, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Oversee data analytics, BI, AI initiatives, and BIM services across the company.
