Job summary

Force 10 Hoops, LLC DBA Seattle Storm is seeking a strategic VP of Business Intelligence to build the BI function from the ground up in Seattle. You will partner with the COO to establish systems, KPIs, and governance across revenue, marketing, partnerships, and operations.

You will lead a small data team, oversee data warehouse strategy, and drive data‑driven decision making to accelerate growth for the franchise in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of business strategy and analytics experience.
• 2+ years managing people.
• Expertise in complex modeling, forecasting, and segmentation for revenue, ticketing, and fan behavior.
• Experience architecting enterprise data warehouses and executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Strategic BI roadmap to deliver data & insights for executives, ticketing, partnerships, and marketing.
• Lead BI team and partner with COO on data team growth, budget, and staffing.
• Develop and implement BI systems to drive revenue and governance across departments.
• Maintain executive and revenue dashboards in Tableau and scalable data pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and collaboration across the company.
