Job summary

Force 10 Hoops, LLC DBA Seattle Storm is seeking a Corporate Partnership Operations and Sales Analyst to drive data-driven sponsorship growth. You will own sales processes, inventory, campaigns, and reporting, enabling the team to win and retain partners with actionable insights.

The role collaborates with BI, marketing, and finance, reports to the CCO, and supports the VP of Business Intelligence to align department initiatives with organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field; 5+ years in sports business/sales analytics.
• 3+ years in sports sponsorship operations and/or analytics.
• Experience building and managing sales processes and inventory.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards and recurring business reports (Tableau/Snowflake/SQL).
• Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, SponsorUnited, YouGov).

Responsibilities

• Streamline sales processes and optimize team efficiency.
• Manage sponsorship inventory, pricing, and proposals with real-time accuracy.
• Lead campaign strategy, execution, and reporting for revenue tracking.
• Develop dynamic reporting tools for revenue forecasting and performance.
• Own CRM data practices and cross-department data sharing with BI alignment.
• Collaborate to create data-driven insights for partners and stakeholders.
