Job summary
Elevate is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager in Washington, DC to support the Washington Commanders project. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and drive revenue outcomes across pipeline operations from lead distribution to performance insights.
The role collaborates with the Elevate RSA team and the Commanders’ BI unit to empower sales leaders with actionable data. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in Analytics/CRM/BI, experience with Dynamics/Salesforce/HubSpot, and proficiency in
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Analytics/CRM/BI
- Experience with professional sports orgs preferred
- Proficiency with Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI
Responsibilities
- Launch campaigns and manage leads in Dynamics CRM
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and revenue metrics
- Analyze rep pipeline and provide insights to sales leadership
- Design predictive lead scoring and segmentation models
- Collaborate with sales operations to improve data integrity and adoption
