Job summary

Force 10 Hoops, LLC DBA Seattle Storm is seeking a Corporate Partnership Operations and Sales Analyst to drive sponsorship growth through data-driven insights, streamlined processes, and robust reporting. You will oversee inventory, dashboards, and campaigns, partnering with BI and marketing to optimize revenue and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional or collegiate-level sports business, marketing, sales operations and/or analytics role.
• 3+ years of sports sponsorship department work is preferred.
• Experience building and managing sales processes and inventory.
• Technical experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred), building and maintaining dashboards, recurring business reports (Tableau experience preferred), SQL experience, Snowflake experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage sponsorship inventory across current partners and prospective opportunities, ensuring real-time accuracy through timely updates, including packages, pricing, and more.
• Oversee new outreach campaign strategies, execution and lead management.
• Lead the strategic development and ongoing maintenance of sales materials; supervise creative and deck design.
• Ensure sales materials are consistently timely, relevant, and tailored to prospect objectives.
• Provide real-time data and insights that inform proposals and support customer success.
• Lead exploration of new platforms and systems that deliver measurable results for clients.
• Own strategy, execution, and reporting of sales campaigns, leveraging programs like Wolf Cycle and other innovative sales approaches.
• Identify new and emerging sponsorship categories to target.
• Develop and maintain dynamic reporting tools for revenue tracking, forecasting, and campaign performance.
