Job summary

Provisions Group seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence & Insights to define and drive a enterprise BI strategy leveraging AWS/Snowflake and modern BI tooling. You will lead a small team, partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success, and elevate analytics across internal and client-facing workflows.

The role emphasizes governance, advanced analytics, and executive storytelling to shape product performance, client outcomes, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI or data leadership roles.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle/ payer analytics.
• 3+ years in VP/SVP/Senior Director leadership.
• Strong SQL and data modeling background with cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on with modern BI tools; Astrato experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and scale analytics functions and drive adoption.
• Experience leading remote teams in fast-paced tech-enabled environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year BI strategy aligned with goals.
• Present insights to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
• Own BI governance, KPI standards, and reporting roadmap.
• Lead and mentor BI analysts and analytics leadership.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success.
• Drive adoption of modern BI tools and self-service analytics.
• Oversee enterprise BI environment and semantic layer.
• Modernize Tableau reporting to AWS/Snowflake stack.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for executives.
