Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking an experienced AI Delivery leader to guide agentic, human-on-the-loop software across Corrections and Law Enforcement product lines. You’ll own roadmaps, governance, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and security teams.

You will mentor managers, manage budgets, and translate AI capability into customer value and revenue while balancing rapid delivery with safety, compliance, and scalable platform modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI development tools in daily work with governance and security considerations.
• Experience leading engineering organizations and delivering enterprise software with AI components.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across multiple portfolio companies with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Own the AI delivery-maturity roadmap and governance across products and lifecycle stages.
• Drive platform modernization, security practices, and compliance for public sector software.
• Translate AI capability into customer value and revenue, not just internal efficiency.
