Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a senior AI leader to drive agentic, human-on-the-loop delivery across Corrections and Law Enforcement product lines. You will own technology standards, governance, and the AI delivery roadmap, coordinating onshore and offshore teams to meet aggressive timelines and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI development tools in daily work.
• Experience raising an engineering organization’s way of working from AI assistance to agentic, human-on-the-loop delivery.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI delivery-maturity roadmap across all active products.
• Own governance, including review gates and validation for AI approaches.
• Manage release commitments and reporting cadence across teams.
