Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ten or more years in software development with at least three years leading engineering organizations at director level or above.
- Demonstrated hands-on use of AI development tools with governance and safety focus.
- Experience delivering enterprise software to public sector or regulated markets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI delivery maturity across all products and lifecycle stages.
- Own the technical roadmap and governance for AI-enabled products.
- Set standards, architecture direction, and documentation across portfolio.
- Manage budget, headcount, and vendor commitments for R&D.
- Communicate roadmap progress and risks to executives.
