Job summary

Harris Computer in Utah seeks a Director of AI Delivery to guide multi-product development with a human-on-the-loop approach. You’ll own the AI maturity roadmap, establish governance, and align AI initiatives with business outcomes across the portfolio.

Candidates should have 10+ years in software and deep experience leading engineering managers, plus a track record translating AI capability into customer value and revenue. This role reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ten or more years in software development with leadership roles at director level or above.
• Experience raising an engineering organization’s way of working from AI assistance to agentic, human-on-the-loop delivery, including governance and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering organizations across portfolio companies with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Translate AI capability into customer-facing value and revenue while delivering governance and safety.
• Own R&D budget, headcount planning, and forecasts across the portfolio.
• Set the AI maturity roadmap and governance across products and lifecycles.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate direction and outcomes.
