Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a senior leader to drive AI fluency and agentic delivery across its Correctons and Law Enforcement product lines. You will own the AI delivery maturity roadmap, establish governance, and ensure AI tools are integrated with security and compliance in mind.

You will lead engineering leaders, align roadmaps with customer outcomes, and report progress to executive teams, shaping the future of AI-enabled public sector software.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AI development tools and frameworks.
Experience implementing governance and validation for AI-enabled software.
Strong leadership of engineering teams and roadmap delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead development managers and directors across portfolio companies.
Recruit, mentor, and retain engineering talent with clear goals.
Set and enforce AI tool usage as standard practice across teams.
Structure org for onshore, offshore, and contract capacity.
Ensure transparency of priorities, progress, and decisions.
