Job summary

Uniphore is seeking a VP of Product Management for Data Platforms, overseeing vision and execution of data products, AI pipelines, and enterprise data solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to monetize data platforms, drive growth, and implement responsible AI practices.

You will partner with AI/Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define product roadmaps, prioritize capabilities, and ensure scalable, compliant data products that enable enterprise AI success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 10+ years in data product management or AI, with 5+ in leadership.
• Track record delivering scalable data products in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for data platforms aligned to business goals.
• Lead data readiness and AI pipelines, collaborating with AI/Engineering teams.
• Oversee design and deployment of data products, datasets, and feature stores.
• Guide GTM, pricing, and partner collaboration to drive revenue targets.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of product managers and data engineers.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices across products.
• Partner with legal and compliance to manage data risks and privacy.
• Drive continuous learning and data-driven decision making across teams.
