Job summary

Uniphore seeks a Principal Data Architect to lead data and knowledge foundations for customer AI solutions on the Business AI Cloud (BAIC). You will guide data discovery, transformation, and semantic structures, directly partnering with enterprise architects and FDE engineers.

You will mentor engineers, set data standards, and shape the data platform roadmap, spanning multiple deployments and ensuring trust and scalability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platforms.
• Senior-most data architect on multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience designing ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic layers.
• Strong relational and NoSQL data modeling, ETL/ELT design.
• Worked with ERP/CRM systems and CDC/streaming ingestion.
• Customer-facing engineering or consulting delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data discovery and transformation with BAIC Data Agents.
• Design knowledge layer: ontologies, taxonomies, graphs.
• Advise on target-data architecture across Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery/Redshift/Synapse.
• Define ingestion patterns for SAP, Salesforce, D365, and other systems.
• Design feature stores and AI-ready data foundations.
• Governance, security, and AI data cataloging across platforms.
