Uniphore is seeking a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the Uniphore Platform's narrative, architecture and go-to-market strategy. You will lead messaging, positioning and launches, coordinating with Product, Engineering, AI Research, Sales and Marketing to shape platform strategy and adoption.

You will articulate technical differentiation, write POVs and white papers, and serve as the external spokesperson for enterprise AI leadership, analysts and partners, driving market

• Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the Uniphore Platform, including market definition, positioning, messaging and launches.
• Define market context and architecture narratives to differentiate the platform.
• Develop external thought leadership content and enablement for sales and partners.
