Job summary

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, define success metrics, and deliver measurable ROI across sectors while traveling up to 25% to support customers and implementation partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or professional services with enterprise technology solutions.
• 5+ years working directly with AI products, platforms, or services in advisory or delivery.
• 5+ years’ experience engaging C-Suite Executives in professional settings.
• Proven ROI delivery, retention, customer satisfaction, and advocacy track record.
• Experience in enterprise verticals such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or retail.
• Understanding of AI solution architectures and change management for AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer success outcomes by defining and tracking value realization, adoption, health, renewal, and retention metrics.
• Own executive relationships with enterprise clients, advising on AI strategy and value realization.
• Lead complex engagements deploying AI and data-driven solutions across business functions.
• Develop tailored success plans and roadmaps aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption, expansion, and ongoing optimization through strategic planning and executive reviews.
• Establish best practices for enterprise customer success from onboarding to renewal.
• Act as a thought leader on AI use cases, responsible AI practices, and digital transformation.
• Provide product feedback to influence roadmaps based on client needs.
