Job summary

Integrity Wealth is seeking a Senior Director, Advisor Transition to lead the end-to-end onboarding and transition of new advisors and their books. This role directs the Transition Center of Excellence, project leadership, and shared services to ensure rapid, clean, and white-glove production adoption.

The successful candidate has 10+ years in wealth-management operations, proven multi-wave transition experience, and deep knowledge of transfer processes, automation, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in wealth management operations or advisor transitions.
• Experience leading onboarding or transition functions.
• Led transitions of practices with large book values; multi-wave planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-wave transition playbook from pre-resignation to handoff.
• Lead transitions organization, including COE and project leadership.
• Manage vendor capacity to align with recruiting volume.
• Ensure day-one readiness and real-time exception handling on transitions.
• Drive cycle-time improvements, automation, and transition experience.
