Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in wealth management operations or advisor transitions.
• Led transitions of practices at scale, with multi-wave planning.
• Deep knowledge of account transfers and onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the transition playbook from pre-resignation to handoff.
• Lead the Transition Center of Excellence and project leadership team.
• Manage vendor capacity and ensure day-one readiness with real-time exception handling.
• Drive cycle-time improvements, automation, and the advisor transition experience.
• Plan capacity against recruiting pipelines to sustain throughput.
