Job summary

Lincoln Investment is seeking a Vice President, Advisor Growth Strategy to design, lead, and execute the firm’s advisor growth strategy. This executive will oversee advisor acquisition, third‑party recruiter relationships, internal recruiting resources, advisor referral programs, and recruiting analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services recruiting or related growth roles.
• Proven success recruiting experienced financial advisors or advisory practices/branches.
• Experience within an independent broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth management organization.
• Strong analytical, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute advisor growth strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead and manage external recruiting partners and internal recruiting resources.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes and performance metrics.
• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and field leadership on recruiting strategy.
• Develop executive recruiting dashboards and insights for leadership.
• Enhance advisor onboarding and transition experiences to improve productivity and retention.
