Job summary

Travel Leaders Network Canada seeks an accomplished leader to oversee the affiliate network's strategy, growth, and operational performance. You will manage member services, recruitment, partner relations, marketing and public relations, while maintaining full P&L responsibility and guiding teams to deliver exceptional value and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of leadership in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in travel industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L ownership, forecasting, and performance management.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, renewals, and long-term relationship management.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• New Member Recruitment: set annual goals, campaigns, and performance targets.
• Member Sales & Services: lead and coach the services team; drive acquisition, growth, and retention.
• Partner Relations: analyze market opportunities and negotiate supplier agreements for Canada.
• Public Relations: coordinate with PR team to manage Canadian communications.
• Operations & Financial Accountability: maintain full P&L for Canada operations; improve reporting and analytics.
