Job summary

Keller Executive Search client, a global industrial maintenance services provider, is seeking a Vice President to lead and grow the business across the United States and Mexico. You will own the P&L, shape strategy, and build a high-performing organization in a transforming environment.

This builder role will require winning major contracts, expanding into new regions, and developing leaders across multi-site operations while maintaining a strong safety culture. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial services or related field with senior leadership.
• Proven track record of winning and growing large, complex service contracts.
• Strong P&L ownership with measurable business results.
• Experience leading multi-site teams across cultures.
• Willingness to travel about 50% across the US and Mexico.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the North America market area, including sites, contracts and commercial performance.
• Find, pursue and close large, strategic maintenance service contracts with industrial customers.
• Expand the business into new regions and customer segments across the US and Mexico.
• Lead complex negotiations, major bids and contract renewals, targeting 100% renewal.
• Turn the regional business plan into clear performance targets and deliver on them.
• Lead and develop the Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Site Managers and teams.
• Design a scalable organization, leadership structure and processes.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive safety leadership and ensure full HSE compliance.
